Street Sweeping Schedule

Private streets owned and maintained by the Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association are swept weekly, not just for aesthetic and health reasons, but also to prevent debris from being washed from the gutters into the storm drains. This is one of the most important environmental “best management practices” that the Association implements to safeguard our waterways and the ocean.

To do your part, please be aware of the Street Sweeping Schedule for your neighborhood.

Avoid leaving any vehicles parked on the street on your sweeping day. This will assure that your streets and gutters get a thorough sweeping, which you are paying for with your monthly dues.
