Barking Dogs
The initial submittal for any barking dog complaint must be submitted in writing to OCAC either: 1) on-line at their website; 2) by FAX; 3) by mail to their address; or, 4) in person at their Tustin facility.
Dogs Running Loose
It is the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure that their dogs stay on a leash at all times. There is concern for the safety of the neighbors, and for the animal itself. OCAC may cite owners of such animals for leash law violations. All dogs must be restrained by a substantial leash, not to exceed six (6) feet in length, and in the charge of a person competent to restrain the dog.
Dog Waste Cleanup
All pet wastes must be picked up and properly disposed. Carry your bags, pooper-scooper, or equivalent to safely pick up pet wastes while walking with pets. Dog waste bags are available from dispensers in Association common areas and greenbelt parks. Once collected, the dog waste must be disposed of in an appropriate trash receptacle.
Clubhouse and Club Grounds
Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in the Clubhouse or on Club grounds. They may be walked through the parking lot, gate-to-gate, but are not to be tied up anywhere on Club grounds. This is for the safety of both dogs and residents.
