GENTLE YOGA CLASS
If you have never tried yoga before, or have not practiced it in a long time, this class is for you! Diane Meyerson offers two evening classes per week to provide as many opportunities as possible to participate. In this class, postures are presented in an accessible manner with easy directions, and modifications when appropriate. This softer, gentler approach will provide an excellent interlude in
