Rental Pricing

Lake Forest II Homeowner Pricing:

  • 1 Banquet Room (seats up to 60 people): $400 Sunday – Friday, and $600 on Saturday
  • 2 Banquet Rooms (seats up to 100-120 people): $500 Sunday – Friday, and $700 on Saturday
  • 3 Banquet Rooms (seats up to 150-200 people): $600 Sunday – Friday, and $800 on Saturday
    • Amphitheater Ceremony w/Banquet Room Rental (seats up to 150 people): $200
  • Adult Lounge w/Lakeview Patio: (seats up to 40 people, all must be 21 and older): $300
  • Amphitheater Event: (seats up to 100 people) $300 with no setup, $500 with table and chair setup

A $400 damage deposit is required for all homeowner rentals.  This deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the event if all conditions are met.

Non-homeowner Pricing:

  • 1 Banquet Room (seats up to 60 people): $600 Sunday – Friday, and $800 on Saturday
  • 2 Banquet Rooms (seats up to 100-120 people): $700 Sunday – Friday, and $900 on Saturday
  • 3 Banquet Rooms (seats up to 150-200 people): $800 Sunday – Friday, and $1,000 on Saturday
    • Amphitheater Ceremony w/Banquet Room Rental (seats up to 150 people): $200
  • Adult Lounge w/Lakeview Patio (seats up to 40 people, all must be 21 and older): $500
  • Amphitheater Event: (seats up to 100 people) $500 with no setup, $700 with table and chair setup

A $600 damage deposit is required for all non-owner rentals. This deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the event if all conditions are met.

Price includes: Table and chair setup. Dance Floor setup is included with the rental of 2 or 3 rooms. Use of the patio (with rentals including Banquet Rooms 1 and 2), use of the catering kitchen, 4 hours for the party, 3 hours prior for decorating, and 1 hour afterward for clean-up.

Friday and Saturdays all rentals must be concluded by 10:00 p.m., with cleanup by 11:00 p.m.

All Sunday rentals must be concluded by 8:00 p.m.

Additional time must be approved by the Rental Coordinator in advance, and costs $150 per hour.

Note: In accordance with State Alcoholic Beverage Control Regulations (section 23-300), all alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by the association; liquor may not be brought in.

POLICY:Insurance Requirements for Banquet and Bar Rentals

An original insurance certificate (obtained through the homeowner’s/host’s insurance agent) must be submitted no later than one month prior to the function date, with coverage for the function date in an amount not less than $1,000,000 general liability, with the Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association named as “Additional Insured”. If the rental will have a bar, Host Liquor Liability must be included on the certificate.

In the event that an original insurance certificate cannot be obtained through the renting homeowner’s/host’s insurance policy, a special one-day event policy must be purchased by the renting homeowner/host, naming Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association as “Additional Insured” for general liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00.  Some companies that provide these certificates:

Sun & Sail Banquet Rooms

I am interested in renting the banquet rooms or the bar for a party. What now?

  • Please call Kaya Francis at 949-586-0860 x20, or email kfrancis@lf2.org to check the availability of your date.
  • If the date is available, Kaya will put a temporary hold on it if you choose.
  • What is required to confirm the date is ours?
    • The cleaning deposit will confirm the date for homeowners (on title). The deposit will be returned after the party providing all conditions of the rental are met.  The deposit is NOT deducted from the party fees.  The deposit will be mailed to the homeowner or host 7-14 days after the rental.  A contract is required from the homeowners or host, and can be obtained from the Rental Coordinator.
    • Insurance Requirement – An original insurance certificate (obtained through the homeowner’s insurance agent or a third-party insurance company) must be submitted no later than one month prior to the function date, with coverage for the function date in an amount not less than $1,000,000 general liability, with the Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association named as “Additional Insured”.   • How does the bar work if we decide we want one available?
    • We will work with you on the type of bar you want to have. We have beer, wine, and a full selection of liquor available.  You can choose to host a portion of the bar, host the entire bar bill, or have a cash bar available to your guests.  The association provides the alcohol and the bartender.  Drinks are charged to the guests or the host on a per-drink basis.  The bar does not provide soda or water except those in mixed drinks. The bar cannot accept credit cards – cash only, please. Please note that a tip is required on hosted bars – 20% of the hosted portion payable directly to the bartender after the rental.
  • What types of tables are available to me?
    • The association will set up your tables, chairs, and a dance floor for parties with 2 or 3 rooms. We have 6’ and 8’ banquet tables, 5’ round tables, one 4’ round table, and one 4’ square card table.
  • How do I know what my setup will be?
    • Party hosts will meet with Kaya at least two weeks prior to the event date to develop the floorplan. A copy of the floorplan will be available to the host to assist with linen ordering, etc.
  • What does the Association provide?
    • The Association will provide tables and chairs, and a dance floor for rentals of 2 or 3 rooms. A staff member will be present for the duration of your party to answer questions.  If you have requested a bar, a bartender will be present as well.  Alcohol, plastic cups, and bar napkins are provided by the Association.  Trash cans and liners will be available for your clean-up.  The bar cannot serve glassware – please do not rent glasses for the bar.  We are not able to provide tools, a ladder, extension cords, speakers, sound equipment, tape, scissors, etc.
  • What types of food and entertainment are allowed?
    • The association allows hosts to bring in a DJ or a band. Also, homeowners are welcome to use any caterer they choose.  The association does not provide any audio or visual equipment – the speakers in the banquet rooms are not available for use.

Lessons:

Private, semi-private and group lessons are available for all ages and skill levels.

Lessons are a great way to fine tune, improve and become more confident in your complete Pickleball game. Every lesson, with Kevin or Shelly is designed to meet the individual needs of each participant. Drills and instruction will be tailored to improve specific targeted areas of your game identified by your request or can also be assessed through instructor observation. Often, it only takes a few small changes to create a big difference in your game to enable a more successful and positive outcome every time you play.
