Front Desk Receptionist:

Currently the Homeowner Association Clubhouse is open 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, with potentially longer shifts on weekends. Receptionist position requires strong written and verbal skills, and professional ability to deal with the public. Attention to detail is essential, and multi-tasking is a must. Customer Service experience is preferred. This position is responsible for welcoming and scanning members in, checking ID’s, answering phones, working on a computer, keeping daily logs, sign-up for classes, as well as selling event tickets. Minimum age 17, please.
Approximately 20+ hours a week

Facility Patrol Officer:

Lake Forest II Homeowners Association Clubhouse is seeking a Facility Services Patrol Officer who is responsible, energetic, outgoing, and good with people.

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Currently the Homeowner Association Clubhouse is open 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, with potentially longer shifts on weekends. Shifts are approximately 6 hours long. Three (3) shifts a week, sometimes more. Shifts needed will be weekday pm shifts and either am or pm shifts on weekends.

  • Patrol grounds to ensure all rules are being followed.
  • Answer any questions or concerns homeowners may have regarding rules.
  • Secure the Facility each evening, making sure all doors and gates are locked and all residents have safely left the facility.
  • Make deliveries to Board members; Must have good driving record
  • Prepare daily Facility reports, Maintenance requests, and Incident Reports when needed
  • Must be available to work weekends when needed
Great communication skills, speaks English fluently, excellent driving record & the ability to deal with residents professionally. This is a Customer Service position where you patrol the Clubhouse grounds and our Association streets making sure rules and guidelines are followed. Minimum age of 18, please.

Event Assistant:

The Lake Forest II Homeowners Association is seeking Event Assistants for club sponsored events and rentals. This position has a sporadic schedule that includes evenings and weekends for about 2-3 shifts a month. Event assistants help with tasks such as event set-up and clean-up, ticket sales, and any other tasks to support our club events such as Family Bingo, Kids Craft Nights, Comedy Shows, and More. Additional hours can be scheduled for monitoring club rental events. Required skills include customer service and a willingness to be flexible. Food Handling Skills a plus.

Approximately 10-20 Hours per Month

Tennis Pro Shop Attendant:

The Tennis Pro Shop Attendant will perform day-to-day functions of the tennis shop. Ensures member satisfaction with duties including but not limited to: completing daily reports, helping members in purchasing equipment and apparel and related items, answering phones and taking reservations for tennis courts, making return phone calls, collecting the appropriate fees from members and guests, keeping shop area neat and tidy, and various other functions that will arise from time to time.

Bartenders:

Sporadic hours, so must be flexible. Must be trained, have experience, and have Food Handlers Card (can be completed online). Most shifts would be Friday evenings, Saturdays, some Sundays, and an occasional Monday Night Football. Only 2-3 shifts monthly to start with, but would increase over time. Must be open to working holidays; New Year’s Eve, July 4th, Superbowl Sunday, etc. if needed.

(Summer Only) Swim Instructors:

Swim Instructors will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to all ages and ability levels.

Part-time evening shifts are available to applicants who can demonstrate the ability to be punctual and dependable with good communication and customer service skills. Swim lessons are held Monday – Thursday from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. with private lessons available at other times.

Previous experience and WSI certification is preferred, but not required.

Duties will Include:

Assist with program set up, implementation, and clean up.
Provide instruction on water safety and swimming skills.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong oral communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor.
Assist with tact and courtesy; contribute to and maintain effective working relationships.
