Club members have a variety of classes to choose from at the Sun & Sail Club. Classes are conducted by independent contractors who pay the Association a percentage of the class fees they collect from students.
Classes are available for adults and children ages 6 & up.
Taekwondo teaches a variety of techniques such as: forms, sparring, board breaking, focus drills, and one step sparring; in addition to confidence, self-control and self-defense. This is a complete exercise program for the whole family
