A Season’s Greeting from the General Manager

As hard as it is to believe, another year has passed and we are nearing the end of 2019. Staff is preparing the Clubhouse and community for all that winter brings: cozy weather, holiday decorations, and festive events! We hope you are able to join us for the holidays; with a trip to the Festival of Lights at the Mission Inn in Riverside, Cookies with Santa, the Lake Forest Keys Boat Parade, and the Women’s Club New Year’s Eve Party, we offer something for every resident to enjoy.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank those who go above and beyond, the volunteers who spend countless hours making Lake Forest II run smoothly. Each of our committees; the Board of Directors, the Master Architectural Committee, the Hearing Board, the Budget & Finance Committee, and the Upper Court Rehabilitation Committee is comprised of homeowners who work to improve our community. Our Tract Representatives work behind the scenes to facilitate communication between the Association and the members of our communities.

Everyone who serves on these committees, and those who contribute in other ways, are vital to this wonderful community. This past year we lost some volunteers who had served our community for many years. During this holiday season, we remember them and the impact they made on our community and our lives. We extend our condolences to their families and friends, and we think of them as we hug our loved ones a little tighter.

With a very grateful heart, I offer you the warmest wishes for a joyful holiday season. On behalf of Lake Forest II staff, I wish you much happiness, good health, and a wonderful new year.
