UPDATE: March 13th, 2020
An update from the Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association for our members regarding the ongoing Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis.
Our top priority at Lake Forest II is to protect the health and safety of our members and our employees. We are reading and following the recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA).
We are conducting emergency meetings with training on cleaning procedures for our employees, and we have shared specific instructions on the importance of handwashing, following protocol, and not coming into work when ill. We have also expanded our cleaning procedures and all frequently touched surfaces are being disinfected throughout the day. Staff is wiping membership cards, fitness center access cards, pens, and other items with disinfectant. If you see staff wearing gloves, know this is to protect themselves, and to protect you.
Lake Forest II has postponed March events, including the St. Patrick’s Day Dance and the Car Show. We will be making decisions on the potential cancellation or postponement of future activities at the appropriate time. If you have registered for an event that has been cancelled or postponed, you will be contacted by Association staff directly.
Be confident that the Lake Forest II Board of Directors and Staff is monitoring this emerging crisis closely. We will continue to evaluate our procedures and protocols as new information comes to light, and we are open to suggestions from our members.
