VICKI LLOYD APPOINTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
At their Regular Meeting of February 3, 2010, the Board of Directors voted to appoint
Vicki Lloyd to replace Lisa Schoeneberger, who resigned from the Board in January.
Mrs. Lloyd is currently a member of the Budget & Finance Committee
and previously served on the Board of Directors from 2007 to 2009.
